I have been practicing since February 2026. For me, these sessions are about a well-balanced combination of physical activity and breathing techniques. Having experience with both sports training and separate breathing practices, I can note the value of this combination. Since you can maintain muscle tone and find/hold a balance between concentration and relaxation of the body — without very intense physical load. At the same time, by observing how I feel after sessions, I can say that it lasts quite a long time during the day and between sessions as well. I chose morning time for myself because I know how important it is to start the day with a gentle introduction to activity. I had doubts about the effectiveness of online sessions — specifically, whether the instructor could easily see and track the correctness of the movements in this format. Now, with six months of experience, I can say it works, and in some ways it's even more convenient — you can save time on the road. From the beginning, my instructor was Serhii. Each session gives you live interaction, theory, detailed explanations of technique, and an understanding of what you're doing and why. Personal contact with the instructor and feedback are always there. Quantity eventually turns into quality — it all depends on personal intention and discipline, as in any activity. No two sessions are the same: there is a necessary base, and with each new session more and more techniques are added on top. There is always room to grow. Separately, group reflection after the session also helps — it allows you to see not only your own experience but also the experience of other participants. This is also an important part that helps you notice what you might not have noticed on your own.
In the end, over six months, this practice has become not just an activity, but a way to stay active and maintain a sense of balance in daily life. And this is probably what matters most to me right now, and the reason I continue.
